Brief: My research interest lies in understanding intricate interactions between human activities and the environment, aiming to address complex environmental challenges and promote sustainable development practices through the use of geospatial technology. The crux of my research uses earth observation data from space-based satellites along with ground experimental data (inventory) to visualize, analyse, quantify and identify patterns and trends, which give invaluable insights for informed decision-making.
My research themes include Applied Remote Sensing, Fire & Climate Change, Earth System Science and Sustainable Development Goals. Integrating artificial intelligence to geospatial science would be my current and future scope of research.
